1. Eligibility And Accounts

• You must be legally allowed to use the service and any connected platform account you link.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account and linked provider logins.
• You may not impersonate another user, evade bans, create accounts for abuse or use access that you are not authorised to use.

2. Connected Platforms

Some features rely on third-party platforms such as Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Discord, VPZone and Blaze. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the terms, policies and technical limits of those providers.

We may change, suspend or remove an integration if a provider changes its API, permissions, policies or availability.

3. Purchases And Digital Items

• The store may offer digital items, coins, skins, bundles, streamer-linked items, custom items and related digital content.
• Unless a specific written refund policy says otherwise, digital purchases are generally treated as final once delivered or added to an account.
• You are responsible for checking the account, platform and item details before purchase. Purchases sent to the wrong account because of your own incorrect information may not be reversible.
• We may cancel, limit or reverse orders where we detect fraud, abuse, payment failure, pricing errors, technical faults or policy violations.

4. Acceptable Use

6. Intellectual Property

CPWGames, Coin Pusher World and related branding, code, site content, graphics, layouts, assets, game materials and original content remain the property of CPWGames or its licensors unless clearly stated otherwise.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. You receive only the limited right to access and use the service in accordance with these Terms.
